Terms and Conditions – Race the Train at Hull KR
1. The Competition
a) The competition is free to enter, no purchase is necessary to participate.
b) Entrants must complete the webform to confirm their entry.
c) Three entrants will be selected at random prior to each Hull KR home game.
d) Chosen entrants will be contacted by Hull KR with further details.
e) The competition consists of racing the train around the pitch.
f) If the entrant beats the train, they will win the prize.
2. The Prize
a) If a chosen entrant beats the train, they will win 2 return Hull Trains tickets to London King’s Cross and a signed ball.
b) Prize has no cash or other alternative.
c) Hull Trains are providing two return tickets for travel between Hull and London King’s Cross.
d) Winners must contact the Hull Trains Business Travel team to claim their prize quoting their unique reference.
e) Tickets cannot be used on train operators.
f) Hull KR are providing 2 match tickets and a signed ball.
3. Exclusion of Liability
a) The Company shall not be responsible for, and shall not cover nor insure any participants, entrants and winners, and third parties from and against any and all actions, claims, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, fines, judgements, costs, charges and expenses of whatever kind and nature relating to the prizes in any way.

a) By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used only by the Company in accordance with these terms and conditions.
b) The Company is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation “GDPR” and Data Protection Act and will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent. More details can be found in the Hull Trains Privacy Policy.
c) These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
