We understand how important it is that you get the right information about your journey as quickly and as accurately as possible. That’s why, along with the rest of the Rail Industry, we’ve signed up to meeting Customer Information Pledges. These pledges are designed to ensure consistency between operators and to give you a more seamless journey, particularly during instances of disruption. Details of the pledges can be found on the Rail Delivery Group website.
 
We’re just putting the final touches to how we will demonstrate our commitment to the Customer Information Pledges which will be ready for the end of Spring 2022.  In the meantime, historically, along with other UK train operators, we follow the Passenger Information During Disruption (PIDD) principles, a national initiative which ensures a consistent approach to providing information during service disruption.
