Real Ale & Cider Festival at Hull Minster

From Thursday 11th - Saturday 13th April 2019, Hull Minster plays host to the popular 41st annual Real Ale & Cider Festival. Showcasing regional and national brewers, enjoy over 135 real ales and 35+ ciders and perrys. With live music and local food, the festival opens at 12noon with sessions costing £5 on Thursday and Friday, and free admission all day Saturday - or until the beer runs out!
Over 700 years old, Hull Minster (formerly Holy Trinity Church) is one of the few surviving medieval buildings in Hull. This Grade I listed building has undergone a recent transformation and is a magnificent setting to enjoy a couple of festival pints.

Situated in the heart of Hull city centre, displaying everything from Old Masters to changing contemporary art exhibitions, Ferens also hosted the Turner Prize during Hull’s City of Culture 2017. All the council run museums and galleries are free, learn about Hull’s rich fishing history in the Maritime Museum, explore Hull’s past at the Streetlife Museum, and find out the part Hull played in abolishing slavery and the legacy left behind by William Wilberforce at Wilberforce House.
