Customers affected by cancellations can claim a refund at your point of purchase. If this is Hull Trains, visit our Refunds page. If booked via a third party such as Trainline, request a refund direct with them.
If you still want to travel, your ticket will be valid on all other Hull Trains services the same day as stated on your ticket. Coach A is unreserved, but we recommend you make a new seat reservation by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, providing details of your original booking including number of passengers, and details of the service you wish to reserve seats for.
