REUNITING YOU WITH YOUR ITEMS
After Monday 28th August, all lost property left on Hull Trains services will be returned to Hull Station and logged on the website MissingX. Please search for your missing item on www.missingx.com/en where you can claim your item or register it as lost. You must select TransPennine Express as they operate Hull Station and will store lost property left on Hull Trains services.
How to use MissingX:
Enter the name of the item you have lost.
Select Train or Train Station, then select United Kingdom.
Select TransPennine Express as they operate Hull Station and will be storing lost items.
Select the date you lost the item, enter Hull in the station search box and update search.
Lost items are logged and will display in the list. It could take several days before items are handed in or registered. If your item does not appear in the list, please register your lost item or return to MissingX later.
