Terms and Conditions – Rugby League Ashes Ticket & Travel Competition
1. The Competition
a) Enter via the dedicated Hull Trains Facebook post by liking the Hull Trains Facebook page and commenting why you want to win.
b) Competition is free to enter, no purchase is necessary.
c) Winner must be 18+
d) 1 winner will be selected at random and contacted by Hull Trains on Tuesday 7th October.
e) Competition entries must be in by midday on Monday 6th October.
2. The Prize
a) The prize is 2x Category 1 match tickets to the Ashes series opener at Wembley Stadium on Sunday 25th October and 2x First Class return train tickets with Hull Trains.
b) Prize has no cash or other alternative.
c) Hull Trains are providing two return tickets for travel between Hull and London King’s Cross.
d) Rugby League are providing 2 Ashes match tickets.
e) Tickets cannot be used on other train operators services.
3. Exclusion of Liability
a) The Company shall not be responsible for, and shall not cover nor insure any participants, entrants and winners, and third parties from and against any and all actions, claims, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, fines, judgements, costs, charges and expenses of whatever kind and nature relating to the prizes in any way.
6. General
a) By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used only by the Company in accordance with these terms and conditions.
b) The Company is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation “GDPR” and Data Protection Act and will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent. More details can be found in the Hull Trains Privacy Policy.
c) These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
