Peak time restrictions on Fridays have been lifted until further notice, so you can travel all day with an Off Peak train ticket. Off Peak travel is permitted any time on weekends and bank holidays.

Off-Peak Train Times: When Can You Travel?
Off Peak times on Hull Trains are defined by the specific services excluded from Off Peak validity, so you can generally travel throughout the day, but specific services may not be valid with an Off Peak ticket.
Monday-Thursday: Not valid on 05:53/06:15 Hull Trains service from Beverley/Hull, and 16:10 Hull Trains service from London King's Cross
Friday: No restrictions - peak restrictions have been lifted until further notice
Saturdays & Sundays: No restrictions
Bank Holidays: No restrictions

Off Peak Return Conditions & Restrictions
Off Peak Return tickets are for travelling on quieter trains outside of peak travel times via the route specified on the ticket. They can be purchased any time before travel.
The outward portion of an Off Peak Return is valid for travel on the date shown on the ticket only, while the return leg is valid for one calendar month when all travel must be completed in this time.
Valid on trains labelled Off Peak in journey planners, avoiding weekday morning and evening peak times. When searching for an Off Peak Return with Hull Trains, you will be shown valid services only for this ticket type.

Off Peak Single
An Off Peak Single is suitable if you're making a one-way trip and want flexibility to travel on an eligible Off Peak service. It's valid for travel on the date shown on your ticket, subject to the applicable Off Peak restrictions.
Off Peak Day Return
An Off Peak Day Return is suitable if you're travelling out and back on the same day. Both your outward and return journeys must be made on the same day and on eligible Off Peak services.
Off Peak Return
An Off Peak Return is suitable if you want to return on a later day. The outward journey must be made on the date shown on your ticket, while your return journey can be made within one calendar month, subject to any restrictions.
Off Peak Single

Hull Trains Only vs Any Permitted Route
Off Peak tickets offer flexible travel on eligible services rather than being tied to one specific train like with an Advance ticket. They are available as Singles, Returns and Day Returns, with different validity rules depending on the ticket type. Please enquire if you have an Any Permitted Off Peak ticket and you are unsure, or you can check the National Rail Enquiries website.
Hull Trains Only - A Hull Trains Only Off Peak ticket is valid only on Hull Trains services on the route shown on your ticket.
Any Permitted - An Any Permitted Off Peak ticket gives you more flexibility and is valid on other train operators' services on the same permitted route, subject to the ticket's restrictions.
