This station has step free access to Platform 1 (for trains towards Norwich) only. Platform 2 (for trains arriving from Norwich, or towards Ely, Cambridge, and Peterborough) can only be accessed via a stepped footbridge which leads to and from Platform 1 and the entrance to the station, or to and from Stanleys Lane.
