This is a Driver only operated train service and the station is unstaffed. If a member of staff is available they will be sent from another station to assist or a taxi supplied therefore booking is strongly recommended. Alternatively, customers are advised to use Harlow Town (3 miles north) or Broxbourne (5 miles south) for trains towards London or Cambridge where assistance is available for all services.
