Impaired Mobility Set Down
Assistance is available to and from platforms. You can request this from the customer information point staff on the concourse, at the main entrance where the mobility set down / pick up point is located as well as the station help points by the lifts at the main entrance.
National Key Toilets
There is an accessible toilet by the lifts at the left hand side of the main entrance to the station. This can be accessed using a radar key or by requesting assistance using the station help point next to the disabled toilet.

It is preferred if Mobility Assistance is booked in advance and can be booked before travel by ringing 03457 44 44 22
First to last service daily. There are no c2c services on Christmas Day and Boxing Day
Step Free Access
The main entrance is the only entrance that has step free access. There is a lift to take you from the entrance to the station concourse and platform levels. Please note there is no step free access from the Coopers Road entrance to the station.
