18:35 Hull to London Kings Cross due 21:14 will be cancelled. This is due to industrial action. Additional Information: Hull Trains apologise for the inconvenience caused by the cancellation to your service today, the following arrangements have been made to convey you to your destination: All Passengers are advised to travel on 1A95 (15:31 Hull to London Kings Cross) or any other Hull Trains services. Alternatively, we advise customers to purchase an alternative ticket and claim the difference in price between this and your original ticket (which you can claim from your original ticket retailer) back through our customer service team. In addition, where your journey is 30 minutes or more later arriving into your destination we will pay the appropriate Delay Repay compensation to you based on your original ticket price. Delays to services between London Kings Cross and Stevenage
Due to failure of the electricity supply between London Kings Cross and Stevenage some lines are blocked. Impact: Train services running to and from these stations may be delayed. Disruption is expected until the end of the day. Customer Advice: What's happened? There is a failure of the electrical supply between London Kings Cross and Stevenage affecting some lines only. Engineers are aware of the fault and are working on a plan to rectify this issue. How does this affect my journey? Hull trains services are still able to run through the area but may be subject to delays of us to 15 minutes. What should I do? You should continue to travel as planned, however, your journey may be delayed by 15 minutes. We are sorry for the delay to your journey today.
