This station is unstaffed and is served by driver-only-operated train services. A mobile platform host is available to provide pre-booked passenger assistance, including ramp deployment, between 12:00 and 19:00, Monday to Friday. If your journey is outside this time frame we will book you a taxi to your nearest staffed station or destination depending on which is closest. Alternative journey options are from Braintree or Witham. Booking is recommended.
