Step Free Access
This station has step free access to the single platform for trains towards both Marks Tey and Sudbury. However, visitors to the Museum should be aware that there is no step free access between the operational platform and the museum. For access arrangements to the museum please contact them directly on 01206 242524.
There are two cycle stands on the single platform, beyond the steps to the footbridge and just next to the large, fixed sign that advises customers to 'alight here for the East Anglian Railway Museum'.
