On weekdays only, a mobile platform host is available for pre-booked assistance between the hours of 12:00 and 19:00. Outside of these hours customers are advised to use Witham station, which is approximately 8 miles away. Booking is recommended.

There are two sheltered cycle parking areas providing 64 spaces located between the bus stops at the side entrance to the station and the local council car park.
