As of Monday 2nd March, Hull Trains services will be cashless and will only accept card and digital payment options onboard.

Why we’re going cashless
 
Going cashless wasn’t a decision we took lightly. We’ve moved to a cashless system to speed up service and provide a smoother more modern and consistent experience.

For customers purchasing tickets onboard, we accept card and digital payment options (excluding Amex). Our at-seat trolley service has been cashless since we introduced this to our onboard offering.

Train tickets can be purchased in advance online via the Hull Trains website or app, or at station ticket offices before travel.
