“We began life in 2000, with just three services a week from Hull to London Kings Cross, serving 80,000 customers in our first year. Today we run 92 services a week, not just from Hull, but also from Beverley and Cottingham as we ensure that our city and its surrounding villages, remains connected to our capital and can compete on the same playing field as other major cities. Through our strong customer focus, we now serve over one million customers a year.”

This follows the companies success in securing an unprecedented track access extension from the Office of Rail and Road, which gives customers certainty of direct services to and from London until 2029.
