Changes to refunds from 1st April
As of 1st April, refund conditions have changed for Anytime, Off-Peak, Day Travelcards, Rover and Ranger tickets. If you choose not to travel you can request a refund from your point of purchase up to 23:59 before the day it becomes valid. After that you can only claim a refund if your booked journey was delayed or cancelled. Find out more.
