Hull Trains and Hull KR Mystery Player Competition Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are subject to any other terms and conditions provided on this website or otherwise by the Company at the time of entering the competition. By entering this competition, each entrant confirms that they have read and understood these terms and conditions.
1. The Competition
a. The competition is free to enter, no purchase is necessary to participate
b. The competition ends on Friday 28th July
c. Entrants must complete the webform to confirm their entry
d. Entrants who state the correct name of the Mystery Player will be entered into the draw
e. One winner will chosen at random and contacted by Hull KR with further details
2. The Prize
a. The prize consists of Challenge Cup Final tickets and train travel to London
b. Prize has no cash or other alternative
d. Hull Trains are providing two return tickets for travel between Hull and London King’s Cross on 12th August
e. Hull KR are providing two Challenge Cup Final tickets
f. Tickets are valid only with Hull Trains and cannot be used on train operators
3. Exclusion of Liability
a. The Company shall not be responsible for, and shall not cover nor insure any participants, entrants and winners, and third parties from and against any and all actions, claims, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, fines, judgements, costs, charges and expenses of whatever kind and nature relating to the prizes in any way.
4. General
a. By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used only by the Company in accordance with these terms and conditions.
b. The Company is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation “GDPR” and Data Protection Act and will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent. More details can be found in the Hull Trains Privacy Policy.
c. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
