Terms and Conditions – Customer Service Week 2025
1. The Competition
a) Enter by liking this Hull Trains post on and commenting why you love Hull Trains.
b) Competition is free to enter, no purchase is necessary.
c) Winner must be 18+
d) Competition entries must be in by midday on Friday 10th October.
e) Winners will be selected at random and contacted by Hull Trains on Monday 13th October
f) If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days working days. Hull Trains reserves the right to reallocate the prize.
2. The Prizes
a) 1st prize are 2x First Class return train tickets with Hull Trains.
b) 2nd prize is Standard Class tickets for a family of 4.
c) 3rd prizes are Oliver! tickets for a family of 4 at Hull Truck theatre
d) Prizes have no cash values or other alternative will not be offered.
d) Winners will be contacted directly
e) Tickets cannot be used on other train operators services.
3. Exclusion of Liability
a) The Company shall not be responsible for, and shall not cover nor insure any participants, entrants and winners, and third parties from and against any and all actions, claims, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, fines, judgements, costs, charges and expenses of whatever kind and nature relating to the prizes in any way.
6. General
a) By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used only by the Company in accordance with these terms and conditions.
b) The Company is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation “GDPR” and Data Protection Act and will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent. More details can be found in the Hull Trains Privacy Policy.
c) These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
