The Boutipi Open Weekend is free to attend

Turning the ordinary into the extraordinary, Boutipi is a family-run business in Beverley that creates bespoke experiences for weddings, parties and corporate events. Opened in 2013, the company has seen major achievements over the last five years, particularly being named the National Winner of The 2018 Wedding Industry Awards, which is decided entirely by public vote.

Managed by two sisters, their parents and husbands, the team comes from a range of backgrounds that include event planning, health and safety, venue design and entrepreneurship. Together they have built Boutipi into the go-to provider of Scandinavian-style marquees and spectacular décor.

“Boutipi was the Regional Winner for 2016 and 2017 and received the award for National Winner at this year’s event,” says Director, Sam Robinson. “It’s truly heart-warming to know that the brides and grooms we’ve worked with are so happy with their special days and the memories we made together.”

Dedicated to shaping unique and unforgettable environments, the company runs its own event twice a year, where you can gain inspiration for special occasions. This year’s first Boutipi Open Weekend runs on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 March, 11am-3pm, at The Bay Horse in Arnold, East Yorkshire.

“With over 100 brides and their entourages in attendance, we also welcome anyone who wants to pop down to see our luxurious packages,” says Sam. “There’s been a significant rise in companies and charities coming along to get ideas for everything from galas and awards ceremonies, to Christmas parties and corporate gatherings.”

Slots with Boutipi’s team members are available to book in advance, ensuring that you can sit down and have a chat with the event planning specialists and receive in-depth advice. However, you can also simply turn up on the day to have a browse of the many stalls, displays and demonstrations, entirely for free.

“People fall in love when they see our tipis and tents,” adds Sam. “Complemented by the finest stylists, florists and caterers, plus a live DJ, multiple dessert tables and plenty of free samples, it’s a wonderful showcase of what the region has to offer.”

Visitors can also meet venue managers that Boutipi works with, most of which are based within a 30-mile radius of Hull and Beverley. This allows you to get all of the information you need to put on a word-class event right here on your doorstep.

“Anyone who wants to join us at the Boutipi Open Weekend is more than welcome,” says Sam. “With samples of delicious food and Prosecco, goodie bags and a relaxed atmosphere, it’s going to be a fantastic celebration.”
